Coffee Subscription Plan

Yirgacheffe is a truly unique coffee.  Bright lemony and floral characteristics, light texture, well balanced sweetness that can be reminiscent of Earl Grey Tea.  Finishes with rich notes of caramel, honey and chocolate.    We roast this one light to preserve the bright lemony acidity that makes it so special.

Medium body, complex notes of sweet fruit & a little bright acidity up front, finishing with roasty notes of chocolate and almonds. Clean and pleasant, with smooth finish. We roast this to a medium to get a nice balance of fruit and chocolate.  This is a highly versatile coffee that works well for any style of brewing.

This is the heaviest bodied and most rustic of the coffees that we roast at Bayside Beans.  Deep, mysterious, smoky and complex.  We roast this one a bit darker to accentuate the flavors of exotic spices and other earthy, woody tones.

Complex, full-bodied blend of all of our coffee beans. All the major coffee growing regions represented in one cup!  The unique characteristics of each region are well balanced in this unique blend.
